User Research
I have been trading crypto myself for more than a year and have been a part of many supporting social media groups. I used surveys as my research method and the focus was on gender, age groups, trading frequency, trading volume, trading value, and trading platform. After carefully collecting, sorting, and analyzing all the data, the following personas were developed.
- The age group of 20-40 comprised 60-65% of the market.
- Trading value was higher over the age of 40.
- Recent graduates and people in their early 20s have the lowest overall trading volume and the highest number of members.
App Flows
Confidopera has 4 primary flows right now. Withdraw, send, and exchange crypto and transaction details. The app has a very well-designed easy-to-use UI, strong data protection, and fast loading time.
Dark UI was selected due to its benefits such as less strain on the eyes, and lower energy consumption, and it was also noticed that most people used crypto wallets near the end of the day. Thus dark UI was preferred.
6 core design heuristics (alignment, spacing, consistency, lightening, hiding, and removing) were carefully followed to make the design clean and aesthetically pleasing.
